1. Seller

DIVAFASHION LTD (company no. 16932732), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse in Türkiye.

2. Prices and charges

Prices are shown in GBP and cover the item only. Shipping is added at checkout. Import duties and taxes are charged separately by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

3. Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, stock or pricing errors) and will refund you in full in that case.

4. Product presentation

Colours may vary slightly between screens because of photography and display settings. Product images are illustrative of the style, fabric and cut. Where an item or size is out of stock it cannot be added to the basket.

5. Optional tip

You may add an optional tip at checkout. A tip is a voluntary gratuity: it provides no additional goods or services, it is added to your order total and charged in the same transaction, and it is refundable on request. It is not a charitable donation and no tax relief applies to it. A tip can only be added alongside a product order.

6. Eligibility and accuracy

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or otherwise authorised to use the payment method) and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by the Delivery Policy and the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Terms of voluntary contributions

These terms apply to voluntary contributions made to the women's fashion business relaunch project operated by DIVAFASHION LTD through the Stripe-hosted payment page linked from this website.

1. Identity

The recipient and project operator is DIVAFASHION LTD, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16932732), whose sole director is Hazem W. F. Abuaqlein. Contributions are received by the company.

Registered office and correspondence address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. The company incorporated on 29 December 2025. The planned retail location is Ealing, London.

2. Purpose

Contributions support the documented costs of establishing and launching the privately owned women's fashion retail business of DIVAFASHION LTD in the United Kingdom, planned for Ealing, London.

3. Nature of a contribution

A contribution is voluntary. It is NOT a charitable donation, is NOT tax-deductible, is NOT Gift Aid eligible, and is NOT a purchase, pre-order, investment, loan, equity, security or deposit.

There is no promise of repayment, profit or return, and no goods, services, ownership or rewards are promised or provided in exchange.

Contributions do NOT purchase shares, equity, ownership or any interest in DIVAFASHION LTD, and grant no voting rights, dividends, repayment or financial return. They are voluntary contributions to support the company's business relaunch only.

4. Payment authorisation

• You understand the purpose of the project as described on this website.
• You have reviewed the amount before paying.
• You are at least 18 years old and authorised to use the payment method.
• You are contributing voluntarily.
• The payment is made to DIVAFASHION LTD for the stated project.

5. Use of funds

Funds may be applied to premises costs, fit-out and fixtures, inventory, equipment and POS, packaging, professional services, insurance and licences, launch marketing, working capital and a reasonable contingency for the same project.

Funds are NOT held in trust, in escrow, or in a regulated client-money arrangement.

6. Changes

Material changes to the plan or budget will be published on the Updates page before related material spending, where reasonably possible.

7. No guarantee

There is no guaranteed opening date, commercial result, revenue, profit, or guarantee that the full target will be reached.

8. Refund review

Mistaken, duplicate or suspected unauthorised payments should be reported as soon as possible and are reviewed individually under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Not all payments are refundable, and accepting these terms does not remove your chargeback rights or any statutory rights you may have.

9. Contributor conduct

You must not use stolen cards, unauthorised third-party payment instruments, or proceeds of crime. You confirm that you are not, and do not act on behalf of, any person subject to sanctions.

10. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales (or the relevant part of the UK where the business operates), without excluding mandatory consumer rights that may apply to a contributor in another jurisdiction.
