Background
The Business Story
Hazem previously operated a women's clothing shop in Gaza. The shop and its essential business assets were lost during the conflict, bringing the former operation to an end. The current plan is to establish a new, independently operated women's fashion shop in Ealing, London, United Kingdom, serving customers within the UK. The project will be built in documented stages, with updates covering premises, fit-out, inventory and launch progress.
A retail business, rebuilt step by step
The former shop served women in Gaza with everyday and occasion clothing. It was an independent, privately owned retail business: inventory bought from suppliers, fixtures paid for over time, and a customer base built through word of mouth and social media.
That operation ended when the shop and its essential business assets were lost during the conflict. There is no continuing trade, no salvaged stock and no transferable lease. What remains is retail experience, supplier knowledge and a documented plan.
The new business will be an independently operated women's fashion shop in Ealing, London, serving customers in the UK. It will be operated by DIVAFASHION LTD, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16932732) whose sole director is Hazem W. F. Abuaqlein, and subject to the same local licensing, insurance and tax obligations as any other UK small retailer.
Because contributions here are voluntary and return nothing to the contributor, the only reasonable thing to offer in exchange is transparency: a staged plan, a published budget, dated updates and a category-level ledger. That is what this site is for.

A shop is stock, fixtures and a lease — but it is also years of relationships with customers and suppliers. This project rebuilds all of it, in stages, in public.
