Delivery, duties, returns, payment and order tracking.
- Where do orders ship from and how long do they take?
- Every order is dispatched from our warehouse in Türkiye. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days worldwide, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Will I pay import duties or taxes?
- Import duties and taxes may apply in your own country and are the customer's responsibility. They are charged by your local customs authority, not by DIVAFASHION LTD.
- What currency are prices in?
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are the prices you pay at checkout. Delivery cost is shown before payment.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is handled by PayPal's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant flow, which also accepts card, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. This website never sees or stores your card details.
- Can I return an item?
- Yes. Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back to our returns address in Türkiye in unused condition with tags attached. Full details, including who pays return postage, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Are there items that cannot be returned?
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear and burkinis cannot be returned once the protective hygiene strip has been removed, and the same applies to items sealed for health protection. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
- How long do refunds take?
- Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
- What if my size is out of stock?
- Every listed product is live and purchasable in the sizes shown. If a size is unavailable it cannot be added to the basket — email info@fashionsdiva.com and we will tell you when it is back in stock.
- How do I track my order?
- Use the Track an order page with your order number and email address. Tracking details are also emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched.
