Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship from and to

We hold our own stock and dispatch every order from our fulfilment warehouse in Türkiye. We ship worldwide and all prices are shown in GBP.

We deliver to every country except those we are legally unable to serve. As a UK company we cannot ship to destinations subject to UK sanctions or trade embargoes — currently North Korea, Iran, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. This list may change as sanctions change; blocked destinations cannot be selected at checkout.

2. Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery is priced and estimated by shipping zone: Zone 1 United Kingdom, Zone 2 Europe, Zone 3 Middle East & Gulf, Zone 4 North America, Zone 5 Asia, Zone 6 Africa, Zone 7 Oceania, Zone 8 Rest of World.
• The estimate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay, together with the delivery fee and any free-delivery threshold.
• All delivery windows are estimates in business days, not guarantees; customs clearance can add time.

3. Shipping cost and tracking

The shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. A tracking number is emailed to you once your parcel has shipped.

4. Customs, import duties and taxes

Because orders ship internationally from Türkiye, your parcel may be charged import duties, VAT or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are NOT included in the product price or the shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.

5. Addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please enter your delivery address correctly. Undeliverable parcels will be re-arranged (extra postage may apply) or refunded less the shipping cost.
