Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-day right to cancel

As a UK seller, we give you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, email info@fashionsdiva.com.

2. Returning the goods

Return the items within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original condition with hygiene seals and tags intact, to our returns address in Türkiye (provided on request). Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or your proof of return), including the least-expensive outbound delivery option you chose.

4. Exceptions (no right to cancel)

• Swimwear and burkinis, and intimate or hygiene items, once the hygiene seal has been removed.
• Pierced jewellery.
• Personalised or made-to-order items.

5. Optional tip

Any optional tip added at checkout is voluntary and is refundable on request — email info@fashionsdiva.com and we will refund it to your original payment method.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a full refund including reasonable return postage. Your statutory rights and your card chargeback rights are unaffected.
