Governance commitments
Hazem commits to the following for the duration of this project:
- Use contributions only for the disclosed UK project
- Keep reasonable payment, invoice and expenditure records
- Publish material changes
- Keep project accounting separate from unrelated personal spending
- Review mistaken, duplicate and unauthorised payments
- Maintain a reasonable refund and dispute reserve where funds permit
- Avoid misleading claims, invented supporter numbers or false urgency
- Cooperate with payment-provider identity, source-of-funds and business-verification requests
- Pause contributions if the project or payment arrangement materially changes
