This policy explains how refund requests are handled for voluntary contributions to this project. There is no fee for making a refund request. This Refund & Cancellation Policy, and reporting a mistaken or unauthorised payment, do not remove or limit your right to a chargeback through your card issuer, or any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

How to report a payment issue

Mistaken, duplicate or suspected unauthorised payments should be reported to divafashionsltd@gmail.com as soon as possible, with the payment date, amount and Stripe receipt details. Requests are reviewed individually. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Refund availability and timing may be affected by payment-provider rules, disputes, currency conversion, prior refunds, legal obligations and the available account balance.

  • Suspected unauthorised payments
  • A payment made for the wrong amount
  • Project non-viability
  • A partial or scaled launch
  • Payment-provider restrictions affecting the account

Information needed

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The date and amount of the payment
  • The Stripe receipt or payment reference
  • A short description of what happened

Processing timelines

Requests are normally acknowledged within 24–72 hours. Where a refund is approved, the time for funds to reach the original payment method depends on Stripe and the card issuer, and is outside Hazem's control.

Project non-viability

If the project becomes impracticable, or the funds raised are materially insufficient for any responsible launch, contributions will be reviewed for refunds, subject to payment-provider capabilities, prior refunds, disputes, processing costs and applicable law. Refunds cannot be guaranteed automatically to everyone.
